December - A Round Up Of the Year

As we are coming into a new year I decided to take a look back through our trips and adventures of 2023... We started off the year in Valletta, Malta where the sun was shining and we were sipping champagne by the roof top pool on New Years Day! It was the perfect way to start the year!
Come the spring we headed over to Port Soller, Mallorca followed by a few days in Palma for some more sunshine, great food and amazing beaches! Discovering the Jumeriah Hotel, Port Soller was one of the highlights of my year... it is such a gem and a place of true tranquillity.
In May and in August it was a trip back to my favourite place... Dubai. Dubai is on of those staple holidays we take every year. The food is amazing as there are an abundance of restaurants, the sun is always shining and the service is excellent. There is always something new to discover in Dubai.
For my birthday in October we spent in Santorini. This was a very special trip as Santorini was a place I have wanted to visit for many years. The views were incredible, food was delicious and the hotel was absolutely spectacular.
Mid December was spent in Oslo Christmas shopping at the Christmas markets. Having lived in Oslo over ten years ago, we always take a trip back to visit before Christmas. It is the perfect place to get you into the Christmas spirit, with their Christmas traditions and markets.
Our final trip of the year, Finishing off the year skiing in the mountains in Hemsedal, Norway was pretty special. We stayed in a hotel high up in the mountains with the most beautiful vies of the snow all around. We have visited some incredible places this year and made some amazing memories... Looking forward to the year ahead and all the new exciting adventures we have planned!
