As we are heading into the warmer months (Hopefully!!) I always start thinking about my next trip away and heading to the sunshine. We normally holiday somewhere with a bit of sun over the new year but this year was our amazing ski trip so I feel like I haven’t seen the sun properly since October, which is a long time ago now. I feel highly lacking in vitamin D …They say in the winter months in the UK taking a vitamin D supplement is a must as Vitamin D affects all sorts of things in your body. (That’s a whole other story I could go into!)
