July - Visiting the Henley Regatta

posted 18th July 2023
Its July so that means the Henley Regatta… with Henley just being down the road, it’s the perfect excuse to get dressed up and spend the day in the stands watching the races. Henley Regatta is one of the most prestigious rowing events in the world. Taking place in the beautiful town of Henley-on-Thames, this event is a true celebration of all things rowing. From the sleek and speedy boats to the brightly coloured blazers worn by the competitors, there's no shortage of excitement and energy at the Regatta.
For those that haven’t heard of the famous Henley Regatta, it is a rowing event held annually and has been running since 1839!! The Regatta has certainly got bigger and bigger every year, with visitors travelling from all over the world to soak up the atmosphere and cheer on their favourite teams.
